Becoming a member
APPA is the largest and most influential promotional products association in Australasia. New members are welcomed into a vibrant community of like-minded business professionals and the exchange of ideas. APPA promotes professionalism, integrity and creativity in the world-wide, multi-billion promotional industry. Working in close partnership with our Members, APPA has been able to help companies navigate the complex and changing business landscape.
Members are a vital part of any industry organisation, and APPA values the professionalism our members aspire to. APPA Members represent 76% of the promotional products industry, equating to a massive $2 billion in annual turnover. This 'buying power' enables APPA to continue to negotiate and provide excellent services for its Members, as well as providing APPA with significant lobbying strength on behalf of the entire promotional products industry.
Specific criteria are required to join and each application is reviewed by the APPA Board.
To become an APPA Member you must provide the following information:
- A completed membership application form.
- A letter from your accountant on their letterhead confirming your turnover in promotional marketing is in excess of $100,000 per annum.
- Two letters from APPA members endorsing your membership. Please note: This endorsement must be from APPA members with whom you have current business relationships. If you are unsure if a company is a member, please contact us to confirm.
- A company profile.
